Residence Fee

COST

Monthly room cost from $360 to $500/month depending on residence and occupancy type.

INCLUSIONS:

Furnished room
Bed, mattress, desk, chair, lamp, mirror, laundry basket, dust bin, clothes closet, mailbox.

Linen
Comforter, comforter cover, bed sheet, pillow and pillowcase. Fresh linens are provided every two weeks.

Room cleaning
Bedrooms are vacuumed once a week.

Climate controlled temperature
Convenient air-conditioning and heating. Individual controls for each room.

Telephone and voice mail
Telephone in each room with computerized voice mail for each student. Free local calls.

Other facilities
Coin operated washing machines and dryers for laundry, microwaves and kitchenettes throughout residences, coin operated vending (snack) machines.

Tutorial
Free tutorial assistance provided by qualified teachers from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Thursday.

Recreation Facilities
Vary from residence to residence. Include: squash courts, games room, TV room, gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts and more.

Movie Night
Free movies shown in residences on Friday and Saturday night.

Meal Plan Fee

COST:

Monthly meal plan cost $460/month ($15.50/day).

INCLUSIONS:
Monday to Friday

  • Up to 4 meals per day
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Additional night snacks are served on Mondays to Thursdays.

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

  • Brunch and dinner
  • 2 brunches and 7 dinners are served in buffet style (all you can eat).

Tutorial
Tutorial assistance provided by teachers after school for students who require extra help.

Fitness and sports facilities
All students have free access to a local first-class indoor fitness and recreation centre.

Athletic Director
Students can enjoy professionally planned athletic and leisure activities such as swimming, basketball, volleyball, soccer, indoor games, ping-pong and other recreational games at school and residences.
