Admissions - Overview
Step 1: Complete the application form

Step 2: Attach to the application form:

(a) Certified copies of school report/transcript and external examination results
(b) Application Fee (C$200)

Step 3:
Send the application form with attached documents by registered mail or Courier Service to: Admissions Office -
Columbia International College, 1003 Main Street West, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, L8S 4P3

The school will review your application and if accepted, will issue an offer of admission and invoice to the applicant. Additional forms will be sent which should be completed and returned to Columbia International College. Once the fees are paid the Letter of Acceptance and receipt will be issued. Copies of the documents will be faxed and the originals sent by Courier Service for the processing of the student authorization/visa.

Step 4:
With the Letter of Acceptance, receipt of all fees paid and all other documents, the applicant should proceed to the nearest Canadian Immigration office to apply for the student authorization (visa) to study in Canada.

Students are reminded that they must apply for Student Authorization in their home country or outside of Canada.
