An important aspect of Total Care Education® is to ensure that Columbia International College graduates enter the university or college that will most readily enable them to achieve their academic goals. To accomplish this, Columbia International College employs experienced, full-time University Placement Counsellors who assist students through uPASS by:

• Developing a customized study plan when student joins Columbia.
• Researching and selecting the most appropriate universities.
• Applying to the selected universities and ensuring that all the required documentation is completed and submitted before deadlines.
• Ensuring that Columbia International College Pre-University program registrants receive conditional letters of acceptance from our University Partners ®.
• Organizing and hosting Columbia International College's University Forum which enables students to get first hand information on university programs and campus living.
• Inviting over 50 prestigious universities to visit Columbia every year to give first hand information on admissions requirements and provide personal interview opportunities.
• Providing letters of recommendation for students from the Principal and Guidance Counsellors.
• Arranging personal interviews with registrars, faculty deans and admissions officers at universities or colleges whenever necessary.
