Through a wide range of fun outdoors activities, students acquire valuable life and personal growth skills.

The Bark Lake experiential program allows JMS students to learn and interact in group situations. They develop a sense of trust and respect for one another.

The outdoor activities at Bark Lake are a means to:

  • Facilitate self-discovery
  • Acquire teamwork, life and personal skills
  • Create awareness and responsibility for the natural environment

Each student gains improved self-confidence and self achievement by accepting challenges presented according to their individual capabilities.
