Exciting news! CIC students continue to shine with impressive achievements as dozens of them have received early admission offers from the University of Toronto—ranked 21st in the world!

What’s even more remarkable is that many of these students have been awarded generous scholarships, with the highest reaching nearly CAD 340,000! This is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and exceptional talent of our CIC students.

We are University of Toronto’s Largest Feeder School in the World

The University of Toronto is ranked #1 in Canada and #21 in the world. Founded in 1827, UofT has evolved into Canada’s leading institution of learning, discovery and knowledge creation and one of the world’s top research-intensive universities, driven to invent and innovate.

CIC and UofT have been partners for many years and our Elite Pathway Program is the only one of it’s kind with any High School in the world.

UofT is a popular choice for CIC students who have been admitted to all programs at UofT. 25% of CIC graduates study Business (including Rotman Commerce), Computer Science and Engineering at UofT.

New University Offers Are Rolling In

For those who haven’t received an offer yet—don’t worry! The University of Toronto follows a rolling admissions process, which runs from late January to the end of May.

The first round includes only a limited number of offers, primarily for students who submitted their applications early with outstanding Grade 11 and/or 12 results. More offers will be released in the coming months!

This round of offers comes from the Mississauga and Scarborough campuses, while the St. George campus has yet to announce its admissions.

Mark your calendars! CIC is hosting a university fair on February 6th, where admissions officers from the University of Toronto and MANY other top Canadian universities will be available to answer your questions. If you need any guidance in the meantime, CIC’s Guidance & UPO team is always here to support you!
