Simple Steps to Apply
Step 1:
Complete the Online Application
- Create an application portal account
- Sign in and start a new application
- Fill out all required fields
- Upload the following documents in the portal:
- Applicant’s passport information/data page (if available)
- Applicant’s transcripts/school reports for the past three years with certified translations if not in English (Applicants currently in or finished Grade 12 must upload transcripts for the past four years from Grade 9, with certified translations if not in English.)
- All certificates and external exam results (if applicable)
- Submit your application

Accept the Offer
The CIC admissions team will review your application and notify you of their decision. If admitted, you will receive:
- Offer Letter
- Invoice
- Additional documents that must be completed and signed by both the parents and student
Next steps:
- Complete and return all required forms by email
- Make payment by the due date specified on your invoice
Your official Letter of Acceptance will be issued after all completed forms and payment are received.
Step 3:
After Acceptance
International students must apply for a Study Permit with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) from their home country before arrival.
You will receive email instructions about placement assessment, online registration, and orientation.
Important Reminder:
International students must apply for a Student Permit at the Canadian Embassy or Consulate in their home country or outside of Canada before arriving in Canada.
