Thanks to the collective effort, dedication, and support of the CIC community, a total of $1,060 was raised this semester, with all proceeds donated to WWF Canada in support of environmental conservation.
One of the semester’s standout moments saw students take on the challenge of climbing 1,776 stairs to the top of the CN Tower, combining perseverance with purpose—all while supporting a meaningful cause and enjoying unforgettable views of the city.

Throughout the fall semester, students also planned and led two engaging fundraising events that brought the community together:
– Varsity Girls vs. Alumni Basketball Game
– Mario Kart Tournament, where participants competed for a $200 gift card

These initiatives reflect CIC’s commitment to supporting the Academic, Social, Emotional, and Physical (ASEP) development of every student.

Through hands-on experiences like event planning, teamwork, and community engagement, students gain valuable life skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

By collaborating with peers, communicating effectively, and balancing academics with co-curricular involvement, students strengthen their academic abilities, build meaningful social connections, and support their overall well-being—key elements of the Total Care Education System®.
CIC is proud of these students for turning initiative into impact, demonstrating leadership, and making a positive difference in both their school and the wider community.
