Peruvian Chef impresses Columbia

Last week, Columbia International College had the pleasure of welcoming Chef Claudia Alvarado as part of Sodexo’s Global Chef Program! Chef Alvarado brought the flavours of her native country Peru to Columbia where she recreated authentic Peruvian cuisine in the school’s two main cafeterias. Students and staff not only dined on traditional dishes but also spoke with Chef Alvarado and learned about Peruvian culture. The Menu
