Before your child arrives, your family is assigned a dedicated Liaison Officer—a consistent point of contact who knows your child, understands your concerns, and supports both parents and students from arrival to graduation.
Your Liaison Officer:
- Coordinates with teachers, residence staff, counsellors, nurses, and wellness teams
- Shares meaningful updates on Academic, Social, Emotional, and Physical (ASEP) development
- Communicates clearly, with multilingual support to ensure understanding
- Responds promptly, personally, and with care

Circle of Care – How Every Student is Seen and Never Overlooked
At CIC, care is built on effective teamwork supported by an efficient communication system. Academic progress, social adjustment, emotional well-being, and physical health are all considered together—because student success is never one-dimensional. Each week, student names are submitted to the Circle of Care Committee by school and residence staff who work closely with them every day.
When you know your child is safe, supported, and thriving, you can stop worrying about the unknown— and start celebrating their growth.
During the weekly Circle of Care Committee meeting:
- Every submitted student is discussed.
- Observations are shared openly and professionally.
- A personalized support plan is created or refined for the individual student.
The Circle of Care Committee ensures that no student falls through the cracks, and no concern is dismissed.The success of the Circle of Care is powered by the Student ASEP Tracker—a centralized online system that enables clear and efficient internal communication across the entire campus.

The Total Care Plus (TCP) Program places a strong emphasis on clear and consistent communication with both parents and students to ensure transparency, trust, and ongoing support. Parents receive peace of mind through regular updates, progress summaries, and certificates that highlight their child’s growth across the ASEP pillars. Students benefit from one-on-one goal-setting meetings, mid-semester check-ins, and end-of-term reflections that keep them actively engaged in their development. In addition, ongoing initiatives such as Self-Care Sunday emails, residence announcements, and orientation sessions keep students well-informed and connected to the program. This consistent flow of communication ensures that parents feel reassured about their child’s experience while students remain motivated, supported, and aware of the resources available to them.
