The comprehensive record of the ASEP performance of the student conveniently allows staff both in school and residence to update their observations anytime and access the information anywhere.

With a high level of transparency, staff can proactively offer the support needed by all students. Parents are always aware of their child’s progress through our online ASEP Report Card.

3. Our ASEP Tracker Powers the Circle of Care

Proactive review by the Circle of Care

Through documented notes inside the ASEP Tracker, as well as their own interactions with students, the Circle of Care members meets weekly to identify:

Where students are doing well and where they would benefit from additional support.

An Individualized support plan will be designed, monitored and followed up on immediately to maximize success and wellbeing. Liaison staff will communicate this plan of support to parents.

Parents Consulted Support Plan

Parents are always consulted on the support plan recommended by the Circle of Care. Our multi-lingual Liaison team keeps parents informed and provide updates on their child’s ASEP performance.

CIC’s Circle of Care members, using the information from the ASEP Tracker®, discuss, on a weekly basis, your child’s Academic, Social, Emotional and Physical needs and offer individualized programming your child’s success.

Attentiveness and Care

With the around the clock attention from our school and residence staff, your child’s well-being is being observed, supported, and monitored on a daily basis.

Proactive Approach

When any challenge arises with students, the issue will be identified immediately and all the school and residence staff who support the student will be part of the support plan. Problems do not wait to be addressed until the end of the semester, there is ongoing observation and fluid support plans in place.

5. Transparency and Honesty

Parents, students and appropriate school and residence staff can monitor the ASEP Tracker at any time, online, so everyone is aware of how the student is progressing and how to best support the student.
