Student Leadership groups will host a Games Day this Friday! The activity has been planned and will be coordinated by CIC students who have been accepted into the school’s Residence Leadership team, Student Council and Athletics Council. The idea is to promote a fun day for all students on campus where they can mingle, play, and interact with friends and staff!
On Friday September 10th, the Residence Leadership Team, Student Council, and Athletic Council will be hosting a Games Day. A variety of games will be running in the school’s Gymnasium, Back field as well as inside the school. These will include an inflatable obstacle course, inflatable slide, inflatable Archery, a Basketball 3-point competition and many more games.
Practical Leadership Skills
Student Leaders will have a chance to practice and develop the skills they have been learning and training for. The student groups have brainstormed the ideas for the events logistics and operation. They will also be supporting the organization of groups and delivery of activities, always supported by our Student Leadership Development instructors and Residence Staff.
Teachers and staff will join the fun and socialize with students. A special BBQ lunch will be provided by our food service, Chartwells.
