Schedule & Details
(Thursday, February 15, 2024)
Make the Most of CIC's University Fair
You will have the opportunity to speak with representatives from many Canadian Universities. Be prepared with questions you can ask them. Here are some examples. Think of your own too!
If you’re graduating this year and have already applied to university…
- When can I expect to receive an offer from your university?
- Are there any special requirements I should be aware of for my program? What are they?
- Does my program of choice require a supplementary application and what is involved?
- When is the deadline to send documents (supplementary applications, English proficiency score, other documents)?
- Is possible to submit a higher English Proficiency Score after the deadline?
If you have received offers and want to know more…
- What kind of support do you provide to international students?
- When will I know if I receive a scholarship from your university?
- What is the campus and residence life like at your university?
- How and when should I apply for campus residence, or where can I find information about finding off-campus accommodation?
- What should I consider when choosing a university
- What are the next steps to secure my offer?
If you are a Grade 10/11 student learning about universities...
- Does your university offer my interested program and what are the admission requirements?
- What should I consider when choosing a university to attend?
- How should I start preparing for university applications?
- What is the campus/residence life like at your university?
- Does your university offer a co-op program? Can you tell me about it?
- (For December graduates) Do you offer program/major starting in January?
